BURKETTDESIGN has been collaborating with Vectra Bank on branch designs located within the Denver metro area of Colorado. We have been involved in all phases of the building process from preliminary development, feasibility studies, and design documentation through project completion/close out. This full service branch is located at Logan and Speer Boulevard in Denver, Colorado.

BURKETTDESIGN worked within a strict budget providing an architecturally enhanced design and envelope. This context specific design met stringent development design guidelines and building height restrictions imposed by the developer. This facility includes drive up and walk up tellers, offices, conference rooms, break room and various support facilities. The project includes a signature stone clad feature wall, unique monument signage, and sustainable design features including low emissivity glass & local materials.

BURKETTDESIGN’s experiences with Vectra Bank and diligence through the project’s complex development planning and entitlement phases have made this project a success.
